August 2 – 8: Around the World

Experience food, art, music, and cultures from around the globe.

Take a whirlwind trip around the world! The Detroit Institute of Arts will introduce you to musical instruments and show you how to make internationally-inspired crafts at home. The U.P. Children’s Museum hosts an interactive event. At night, the Concert of Colors brings global sounds to your home.
