About Lauren
Hi! My name is Lauren Saj, and I’m your engagement coordinator for the Great Lakes Bay, Thumb and Flint regions.I graduated from Central Michigan University ” Fire Up Chips”, with my degrees in Special and Physical Education. I have worked in many different areas before working with the Michigan Learning Channel such as after-school programs, paraprofessional, coach, and adult education.
I love working to make a difference in the people and communities around me. I have a passion for helping others and watching them grow. I’m known for my STEM and Storytime times and always being on the go or out in our community. I look forward to connecting with you in the future!

I love that the Michigan Learning provides learning that can be done anywhere! The thing that I love the most about working at the Michigan Learning Channel is making new community partners, meeting new families, and sharing my love for teaching through hands-on learning opportunities.
