Beautiful Parks of Arkansas | Rise and Shine: Social Studies Time

2016 Arkansas Teacher of the Year Meghan Ables discusses three state and national parks in Arkansas, Petit Jean State Park, Blanchard Springs, and the Buffalo River. She uses diagrams to compare the natural resources available at each park to encourage students to see the similarities and differences between them. This resource includes a handout with Words to Know as well as discussion questions and an activity.
