Clothesline Math | Rise and Shine: Math Time

2021 Arkansas Teacher of the Year Susanna Post uses a clothesline as an alternative method to teach students about fractions. The visual representation of how numbers can break down makes it easy for students to understand. The lesson includes a vocabulary handout, as well as additional vocabulary to cover for better understanding. There is also a handout for teachers to use to continue the clothesline activity with students.
