Dances From Eastern Slovakia | Tamburitzans

In this dance presentation from Eastern Slovakia, some of the distinct characteristic features are the sharp movements, capas (slapping for the guys), and intricate couple dancing. The men wear spurs which enhance the sound effect of the dance and their slapping. The women perform some fun movements that are part of the Karicka dance which involves tight, circular movements clothed in colorful costumes, creating a vibrant rainbow enhancing the visual representation of the dance.
