Elizabeth Cady Stanton: “Mental Hunger”

When Stanton returned from the World Anti-Slavery Convention, she first moved to Boston, and was surrounded by Boston’s intellectual elite. She then moved to rural Seneca Falls, New York. Both places furthered her development as an advocate for women’s rights.
