Look for Solutions | Dance to Success

Disagreements with friends can be difficult to manage! The “Look for Solutions” dance sequence teaches students to regulate their own frustration so that they can calmly share their thoughts and listen to the suggestions of others. Additionally, the accompanying worksheet provides exercises for students to reflect on their own past behaviors and learn from them. The class activity in the “About This Resource” document has students practice applying these lessons to future interactions. Awareness of their own actions will allow them to be at their best, even in challenging situations!
