Miner’s Light | A State of Mind

This lesson focuses specifically on mental health within the coal mining community in Wyoming, and addresses the barriers to reaching out for help within the state as well as discusses stigma. This guide encourages discussion about mental health as a whole and also encourages students to think about mental health needs in their own life and their community.
