Nathanael Greene and the Southern Campaign of the Revolutionary War

Evaluate the significance of Nathanael Greene’s leadership and strategic plan during the Southern Campaign of 1780-81. Through careful analysis of clips from The American Revolution and primary sources, specifically letters that Greene sent over the course of the war, students will identify the leadership qualities and military strategy utilized by Greene in the Southern campaign that eventually led to American victory in the Revolutionary War.
