Nevada Department of Wildlife: Conservation | Outdoor Nevada

Students watch a short video from the 4^th season of Vegas PBS’s series Outdoor Nevada and learn about the Nevada Department of Wildlife while exploring the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve. They learn about invasive plants and native plants, the importance of the “right” types of plants in the environment to help preserve wildlife, and about “harmful” and “helpful” plants and how they impact the environment.
