Nevada Department of Wildlife Herpetologist and Snakes | Outdoor Nevada

Students watch a short video from the 4^th season of Vegas PBS’s series Outdoor Nevada and learn about a Nevada Department of Wildlife Herpetologist career and Southern Nevada’s native snakes.  Students will learn about the job duties of a Herpetologist, the importance of reptiles to the environment, and identifying venomous and non-venomous snakes and their mannerisms.
