Pirate Hats, Ahoy! | Clifford the Big Red Dog

After reading a book about pirates, Clifford and Emily Elizabeth go on a pretend swashbuckling adventure around Birdwell Island in search of treasure! During “Red Beard the Pirate,” Emily Elizabeth makes her own pirate hat from a sheet of newspaper. Students will join in the fun and make their own pirate hats to wear as they explore imaginary adventures in class!

Through these activities, students will:
