Prefix Power | Rise and Shine: Literacy Time

Today we are learning all about prefixes! Join 2020 Arkansas Teacher of the Year Randi House as she teaches us how to create a prefix map to better understand the meaning of prefixes in words. The worksheet that accompanies this video provides students the opportunity to put their skills to work as they identify different prefixes to create new words. In learning different prefixes, students will also gain knowledge in finding the meaning of new words.
