Learn how radio programming is put together in an FM studio. The radio operator does live announcements during programming throughout the day during specific times set aside for local breaks. The operator needs to ensure the sound levels are correct—not too soft, not too loud. The operator also has to collect the programs and record announcements. They insert the information into a computer program to ensure that the correct item plays at the correct time.
