Remembering World War II | New Jersey: Then and Now

This lesson analyzes the accounts of five New Jersey citizens who participated in World War II. Students will break into groups to watch different interviews, and share back the stories. To take action and make current event connections, they will research veterans living in New Jersey today and reach out to these veterans. They will be encouraged to create a documentary while interviewing veterans in New Jersey.
