Now he owns his own company and coordinates installation jobs with a team. In comparison to typical nine-to-five jobs, his solar array team works four days a week with ten-hour days. Because they install arrays on all kinds of roofs, they require lots of different equipment, from security harnesses to keep them safe to a variety of cables and mounts for the arrays themselves.
