Watch Albie meet an illustrator and use her imagination to transform a scary NO into a friendly, helpful NO.

Albie is frustrated when Zia tells her she’s not allowed to leave for the costume party without her shoes. Her imagination turns Zia’s NO into a big, scary character in the middle of the elevator. With the help of artist Lauren Cat West’s drawing skills, Albie starts to understand that Zia’s NO wasn’t meant to hurt her feelings, but was to keep her safe.
