We’re wrapping up this school year by reflecting on our accomplishments and getting excited about what&#8217;s in store this summer. Join us for summer inspiration and ideas for a PBS viewing party!   
We held events across the state this year! We hosted our first ever <a href="https://www.michiganlearning.org/mlc-labs-our-media-making-hub/">media making playground</a> for teachers and presented at conferences where we got to meet some of you! We also wrapped seasons of two of our flagship series. Read, Write, ROAR! Expanded into <a href="https://www.michiganlearning.org/show/read-write-roar-upper-elementary/">Upper Elementary</a> and <a href="https://www.michiganlearning.org/show/extra-credit/">Extra Credit</a> got a new set with more to come next year.   
We’re also shouting out PBS documentaries, PBS KIDS, and LearningMedia resources! We Want The Funk was so fun, Great Migrations was awesome, and several of our station partners hosted awesome events and programs. With Carl the Collector and Acoustic Rooster, PBS KIDS continues to produce content that helps kids see diversity and learn more about themselves and the world around them.  
PBS is keeping the momentum going this summer. See what’s on the horizon with a <a href="https://www.pbs.org/wnet/gperf/girl-from-the-north-country/16706/">musical</a>, a new season of a <a href="https://www.pbs.org/show/human-footprint/">favorite series</a>, and a new series <a href="https://www.pbs.org/show/walking-with-dinosaurs/">all about dinosaurs</a>. We’ll even share details on how to have a Walking with Dinosaurs watch party with your friends!   
We’ve got big things planned for next year. But in the meantime, rest, recharge, watch some dinos, and don’t forget to share the Summer of Fun resources with your families.
