Lets Move, Michigan!
In January 2021, the Michigan Learning Channel partnered with the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology to bring InPACT at Home, a video series designed to motivate students and families to get moving, to students across the state.
One year later, InPACT (Interrupting Prolonged Sitting With Activity) is getting families out of their seats in households and schools with or without reliable internet access. With videos available on demand and airing regularly on television, anyone can take a moment of movement to break up the day.
