Circuit training allows you to work in a lot of different movements into a short amount of time. Perform lateral jumps, shoulder taps, shuffles, and ab twists to get your body moving.
For this movement activity, we will be doing fitness drumming. All you need is a couple of spoons with a long handle if possible (wooden or plastic would probably be best) or 2 drum sticks if you have them.
This mindful movement will help you when you are stuck for a long time, sitting. You can still move your body to feel better, relax your mind, and get more focused.
