Circuit training is a fun way to do many different movments in intervals. Perform burpees, flutter kicks, and mountain climbers to get your body moving.
For this movement activity, we will be doing fitness drumming. All you need is a couple of spoons with a long handle if possible (wooden or plastic would probably be best) or 2 drum sticks if you have them.
This mindful movement will help you when you are stuck for a long time, sitting. You can still move your body to feel better, relax your mind, and get more focused.
