For this movement activity, we will be doing fitness drumming. All you need is a couple of spoons with a long handle if possible (wooden or plastic would probably be best) or 2 drum sticks if you have them.
For this movement activity, we’re going to be doing an agility drill with cones or boxes. 6-7 mins of drill work involving a small 5ft x 5ft area of cones.
For this movement activity, we’re going to be doing an agility drill with bags or you can use pillows. 6-7 mins of Roary demonstrating agility bags (or couch) pillows drills.
